Fit Dad Cooking does all of the work for you, and best of all, the meals are healthy!  Most meals are between 300-400 calories and are perfectly portioned to satisfy your hunger.  We also offer healthy snacks to curb your hunger and give you energy in between meals (we call them JACK PACKED ENERGY BARS & BITES).
